Conner Leaves Formidable Legacy After 8 Years of Service as Board Member, Adviso

As Lane Conner steps down from his role on the Engage Dallas Board of Directors, he leaves a legacy of service, leadership, and unwavering belief in the power of community. 

Lane Conner’s journey with Engage Dallas is a testament to his passion and unwavering commitment to civic leadership. Engage Dallas thanks Lane for his years of dedication and looks forward to continuing the work he passionately championed.

Lane joined Engage Dallas as a member of Class Five (2016-2017) of what was then known as the Mayor’s Star Council. From the beginning, he demonstrated a deep understanding of the organization's mission and values. 

Over the years, he served in multiple roles, including vice president, president, board member, and board treasurer leading initiatives that bolstered the organization's participation, engagement, and positive influence across the city. His tenure saw Engage Dallas expand its reach, fostering a stronger, more connected community of emerging leaders dedicated to making a difference.

“Lane’s legacy is one of innovation and commitment. His ability to bring people together and inspire action has left an indelible mark on Engage Dallas and on all of us who had the privilege of working alongside him,” said Chairman of the Board Byron Sanders.

Lane is the Founder and CEO of several successful ventures and current President of Payments at ParkHub, a Dallas-based company that provides parking management technology. Lane’s expertise in the payments industry and his leadership in various business sectors have earned him recognition as a serial entrepreneur, advisor, and investor. 

Lane has been a pivotal force behind the growth and impact of Engage Dallas, guiding it through transformative years that have significantly shaped the future of Dallas.
