ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Engage Dallas is composed of diverse leaders aged 25 to 40 from eight different areas of cultural and professional influence: Arts & Entertainment; Business; Education; Government; Hospitality & Tourism; Media; Religion; and the Social Sector.

Professional Passion: You’re committed to helping others and making an impact
Service-Minded: You’re eager to become more civically engaged
Active Participation: You’re willing to attend a two-day retreat and immersion experience, as well as complete an impact project. Also, you should be available to meet once a month (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
On-Board Employer: Your employer must be supportive of your time commitment to the program
Curriculum Interest: You demonstrate professional and/or personal interest in topics explored during our leadership program
Diverse Perspectives: You represent the rich diversity of Dallas County in background and ideology
Community Engagement: You’re active in your community and dedicated to creating impactful solutions
Commitment to Engage Dallas: You’re continuously engaged with Engage Dallas’ mission now and in the future
Age Requirement: You’re between 25 and 40 years old as of the application’s due date
CLASS EXPERIENCE
Thirty to 40 leaders are selected to participate in a 10-month leadership program that consists of a retreat, relationship building, 8 monthly topic areas with homework, immersion experience, and an Impact Project.

Tuition Cost
The tuition for the program is $2,000 for those in the for-profit sector and $1,500 for those in the non-profit sector or individuals.
Curriculum Roadmap
At Engage Dallas, we're dedicated to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow who are ready to tackle the challenges facing Dallas County today. Our curriculum is designed to empower community leaders with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience they need to become effective change-makers in the heart of Dallas County. Through our comprehensive leadership cultivation program, we provide a dynamic and enriching experience that equips individuals with the resources to address the specific issues and opportunities that Dallas County presents. The 2024 Curriculum theme is systems change.
